My mission as a Director is multifaceted. This mission includes providing accurate & timely information, manpower, financials & performance with respect to targets & plans. Furthermore, this mission requires top level communications, confidentiality, participation, transparency, fair analysis, and objective review of all options.

取締役としての私のミッションは、多面的なものです。目標と計画に関して、正確でタイムリーな情報、人的資源、財務へのパフォーマンスを提供することも含まれています。 さらに、トップレベルのコミュニケーション、秘密保持、参加、透明性、公正な分析、およびすべての選択肢についての客観的な検討が求められます。

What I value most in my work is being honest, accurate & timely with everything I do.These virtues & attributes I believe establish how colleagues view what they might expect from me when working together.

KIMOTOのイメージを教えてください

My image of KIMOTO CO is that of a company that seeks to lead through technology and new organizational methods while advancing environmental concerns.Today, KIMOTO is well advanced with new technologies, free-seating concepts & new work reforms that will prove to enhance productivity while setting a new standard for work-home lives of employees.

環境への配慮を進めながら技術と新しい組織のあり方でリードしようとする企業です。今日、KIMOTOは新しい技術、フリーアドレスのコンセプト、新しい働き方改革で従業員の仕事と家庭の新たな基準を築きながら、生産性を向上させることを証明しています。

Do you have a vision of the future that you would like to see as “KIMOTO”?
「KIMOTO」としての未来像があれば教えてください

KIMOTO CO vision is being realized today.Namely, KIMOTO CO has already appointed the next generation of director leadership through our RUBICON Team*, other initiatives such as the KIMOTO FARM Project and commitments to improve the carbon footprint have　already started. Our aim is to achieve 100 years as a company.The framework for achieving this goal is evident today.
