Following the result of the current fiscal year so far, we have regretfully lowered our full-year forecasts. I sincerely apologize to all stakeholders that we have not achieved the original plan.

The detailed analysis of this 2nd quarter result and forecast for the full fiscal year will be explained in the result briefing for institutional investors and financial analysts, scheduled on November 15th. A video file of the briefing will be uploaded to our web site by the next day for public viewing.

For now, I will report on the policies we are trying to implement in the current fiscal year.

• Introducing the "Free-Seating " system to R&D and the manufacturing section
• Implementation of Cloud computing
• FPD-5 (Flat Panel Display) Project Successful
• Substantial Rebuilding of the Operation in Europe
• Rice planting started in Inabe-city near the Mie plant

It breaks my heart to think about the feelings of those who still can not resume their lives as before due to the natural disasters (Earthquakes, typhoons, floods) and the effects of the nuclear plant accidents.
What our Group has to do now is to make profits and pay tax.
Even though KIMOTO may not be the strongest company, every one of the KIMOTO Group will work hard so that we will be able to meet all your expectations for a long period.
